public class RFldMemo
extends RFld

Class to represent a String field. There are other fields that can also be used to represent a String. For example, . The reason for different fields to represent String is to allow application developers to attach additional semantics to message definitions. For example, an application could map RFldMemo fields to large string columns in the database.
